Terrible all around Drivers took my car and put 20 miles on it. Then I was told I had to let them drive my car or i couldn’t get my oil changed. Waiting area bad Waiting area was dirty, no food or snacks. Lexus of Clear Lake and sterling McCall provided food. WiFi was horrible, speed was less than 1mbps.
