good service but issue not resolved Will and the service dept worked diligently to find a rattle in my 2013 GS 350. He even greatly exceeded the number of hours that I paid for. Unfortun Will and the service dept worked diligently to find a rattle in my 2013 GS 350. He even greatly exceeded the number of hours that I paid for. Unfortunately my issue could not be resolved. He suggested that we stop the search as they would need to start charging and get into body work. This is the right call. I am disappointed in the Lexus product. I have moved away from other brands because of rattles. I thought Lexus was different. I guess not. I will be looking at other brands first when it is time for my next ride. More
