Review of 45,000 mile check up I made an appointment for several days in advance for the service. I arrived 10 minutes before time and was invited to have a cup of coffee and wait for the service advisor. The service Advisor saw me at the appointed time and reviewed the work to be done. The only thing that did not occur as expected is that a part for the passenger window visor had not arrived and therefore could not be installed. Other than that, everything went fine. More

Very responsive! Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required b Chris Nemoto is ALWAYS responsive, and takes pro-active steps to make sure that I (and my car) are well taken care of. My most recent visit required both the service center and the body shop. Chris arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, and handled the transfer (both ways) for the body shop work. I recommend this service center to everyone I know who has a Lexus, regardless of where they purchased it. The waiting area always has water and coffee available -- a very big PLUS! More

Recall for airbag sensor replacement Sensor was replaced within specified time.. This was a recall issue based on parts availability. Also ask Internet specialist to reconnect cell phone Sensor was replaced within specified time.. This was a recall issue based on parts availability. Also ask Internet specialist to reconnect cell phone and setup remote start feature-phone reconnected, setup of remote we have to do(understand dealer provided this service for our friends) It is ridiculous to specify 25 words for a recall. Worst experience EVER at a car dealership! When I picked up my car from the service department, there was a huge crack in my windshield that was clearly not there when I dropped off my car. The When I picked up my car from the service department, there was a huge crack in my windshield that was clearly not there when I dropped off my car. The crack is nearly two feet wide. The Manager said “ Unfortunately, there must have been an existing chip that was gonna no to eventually become a crack sooner or later”. I will go as far up as I need to in order to get Lexus to take responsibility and replace my windshield at no cost to me. More
