Mr. Brockington, I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with your experience at Westside Lexus and that you felt it necessary for you and your wife to each post a negative review. I think it is only fair that I respond with our account of what took place. Westside Lexus and our team have been totally transparent with you and your wife from the beginning of our transaction and throughout the repair process. Your Lexus was towed into our dealership because it was not running. You did inform us that you had an extended warranty. We provided you with a complimentary loaner car while we were diagnosing your Lexus. Upon extensive diagnosis, it was discovered that you had rodent damage to your wire harness behind the battery area. This is considered damage from an outside influence and unfortunately, your extended warranty did not cover this repair. We provided you with an estimate and pictures of the rodent damage. You authorized the repair and in good faith, we repaired your Lexus. We actually charged you less than what we originally quoted you for the repair and you were able to drive off with your Lexus in good running condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the workmanship, please reach out to me and I will be happy to stand behind our repair, but it is unfair for you to make baseless accusations of fraudulent behavior as we have been fair and transparent throughout the process. I would be more than happy to address any additional issues that you may have with you or your wife if you would like. Before I officially respond, do you want to include an explanation for stating on my receipt that "you suggested that my vehicle needed an alignment - and that I declined that service?" You conveniently left that out of your response. NOT ONCE did anyone speak with me about an alignment, and NOT ONCE did I decline such repair. I returned to the dealership and spoke with Jacob Hershman who CONFIRMED that no one ever spoke with me about an alignment...so it is a LIE that I "declined' it. So, since you are "so transparent" I eagerly await your "good faith" explanation about that issue, and furthermore, if you stand by and support THAT blatant dishonest behavior, then you probably engage in other blatant and dishonest behavior. Lastly, I support my statement that my dissatisfaction with your dealership is not a "baseless accusation of fraudulent behavior." Wouldn't you agree?

Still waiting for the explanation about the LIE pertaining to alignment recommendation. You continue to fail to address that because you know your company did not EVER recommend to me that I have an alignment performed. Furthermore, you LIED on my receipt that I declined said service. That is considered "fraudulent" in my opinion. Do you care to respond?
