I’ve bought 2 new cars from this dealership and had lots of good interactions with Westside. Maybe the best was just recently when I took one of my cars in for some body. It was just a fender-bender but I w of good interactions with Westside. Maybe the best was just recently when I took one of my cars in for some body. It was just a fender-bender but I wanted it to look new… not just good or even very good. The guys in the collision center met and even exceeded my expectations. The people I dealt with, Mr. Ponce and Mr. Bibb, were top notch professionals in every way. Westside Lexus really delivered! More

Customer service Brought my vehicle in to drop off and get worked on, due to someone hitting vehicle while parked. Spoke with Jason, provided him all the other person' Brought my vehicle in to drop off and get worked on, due to someone hitting vehicle while parked. Spoke with Jason, provided him all the other person's insurance info, etc. Told me that the person's insurance used a 3rd party adjuster, and that it would take "much longer than average to get into contact with them for repair costs." He then advised me to use my insurance and have them charge the other persons. When I told him my insurance he told me "they are hard to get a hold of" By this point I realized this person was basically telling me to "get lost" and that he didn't want to deal with getting a hold of the other person's insurance for the repairs on my vehicle. I am very upset this happened during my first visit, I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealer for any sort of work, nor will I ever recommend it. More
