Great service, very fast! I have a 2015 IS-250 F-Sport and have been taking my Lexus to Westside to be serviced ever since I’ve taken delivery of the car. I’ve had mixed experiences with Westside’s service, although overall it has been good! I always make an appointment ahead of time and I’ve just gone in for scheduled maintenance and minor issues with my door locks. Last time I went in I was recommend by the service advisor to have a wheel alignment done and after many misalignment issues and having to make a two hour trip back to Westside for it to be fixed, everything was well taken care of and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Overall, the services that have been performed on my vehicle have been great besides some small bumps in the road and they are very fast in getting my vehicle done! More

Very long wait and no wi-fi 5000 mike service took over an hour with an appointment, and I was not offered a loaner car. The WiFi in the waiting area didn’t work at all. Workers didn’t l even trying to fix the WiFi issue when it was brought to their attention by multiple customers. Also, now for some reason my outside mirrors don’t go in when locking the car.
