fixed windshield; misplaced cap; made pay full amount , not I had my windshield replaced. When I picked up car, it needed something recalibrated or something so had to keep it for longer. That was still all go I had my windshield replaced. When I picked up car, it needed something recalibrated or something so had to keep it for longer. That was still all good but once I got home, found that my cap for the charging outlet on instrument panel was missing. It was laying next to it, not in slot when I dropped it off. I understand it might not be that big of a deal but it is the principal of it. I would like another one. I’m also not sure why you don’t allow to only pay deductible and insurance company pays their portion. I have Amica. I had ran into a friend who works there when I was getting the loaner and he said there would be no problem only paying my deductible. Not what happened at all. More
