Who knew that you needed a "decoder ring" to figure out all of the different designations that are available on a preowned Rav4 (LE, XLE, SE, LIMITED, Etc.) Added to that, there are a plethora of different package combinations. My wife and I had done a ton of market research but were still unclear of what options we could or could not live without. We made it clear to them that, due to our volunteerism, we practically live out of our car for months at a time. Therefore, we needed something with more space than our 2004 Pontiac Vibe and something that would be reliable for years to come. We had already concluded that we wanted a Rav4 but we were completely at a loss when it came to options. We were blessed to have the help of many car dealers throughout the day, (we shopped across 4 counties from 9:00 am until we came to Sunnyside around 6:30 pm.) finally finding a sizable stock of off lease Rav4s. We were pleasantly met by Jen who started to identify your stock of Rav4s and promptly introduced us to Ron who also went on the hunt. We explained our wants and needs and they were all addressed in a prompt and professional manner. I only have one negative to report and that is that we already had a partial list of Rav4s when I called to get clarification on some of their features. The salesman who took the call almost seemed like I was wasting his time and gave me very little help. We finally made the decision to drive one more hour, to Sunnyside, to review your inventory. I made it clear to Jen that we did Not want to deal with the salesman I had spoken to on the phone. More

Always satisfied I had an emergency blow-out in my front tire on the driver's side.
