I explained what I needed my payments to be and what I could put down and asked what he thought I should do. He asked me to stop out so the dealership could look at my car to make a fair determination. I stopped out on my way home from work and within an hour had a Toyota Camry deal in front of me that met all of the criteria I needed. I couldn't believe it! The next day I had a new car and a new situation that was more than I could have hoped for. A new Camry without hours in the dealership, no hassles, and no pressure. Thank you Joel! Very happy with my new car and deal that you gave me. More

First experience at Sunnyside and it was awesome! He showed me the RAV 4 and the Corolla hatchback as I was interested in only hatchbacks as one would meet my needs. On the test drive we went to my senior apartment location so I could see if my rolator would be able to fit in the Corolla hatchback and the rolator did. That is an example of great service and caring and putting customers first. My lease was completed and I left completely satisfied with my new car and I know I can call and come in and see Ron if I need any help. More

new tire purchase the pricing was outstanding, was able to get the service done to allow me to take a longer trip that was needed. also had an issue with a noise that the pricing was outstanding, was able to get the service done to allow me to take a longer trip that was needed. also had an issue with a noise that came up after I had made the tire appointment and they added it to my list. with my points I was able to get a free rental for the day. it turned out the noise issue was not a major problem and all was done by noon. 10,000 mile service As much as I loved my Rav I owned for 11 years and now my new Highlander I have to say that the process at the service center (both Premier Toyota for As much as I loved my Rav I owned for 11 years and now my new Highlander I have to say that the process at the service center (both Premier Toyota for my Rav and Sunnyside) is slightly annoying and frustrating. When you schedule an appointment for a particular service and you drop off your vehicle with a gentleman who seems to know what's going on and then they usher you inside with paperwork to a person inside (it just happened to be a woman at this last appt) they act like they have no idea why you are there. She had to ask if I had an appt. I gave her my name. She then looked for what seemed like an eternity at the computer to then ask if I had ever been there before. I had for the 5,000 mile service. When I said I had been there before and it was my second time she said "Oh you are here for your 25,000 mile service."!!!! Come on! I made an appt online, with all of the information. Why, Toyota, do you not see this on your end at the service center desk. It should be "Hi, Mr/Mrs So and So, I see you are here for your (service). Is there anything else you need? It's disturbing to have spent the amount of money on a vehicle to be treated like this. Although everyone is very nice it's just aggravating to have to spell it all out for you since I already made an appointment with all of the information. It's not like I just dropped by unannounced with no appt made. Please, please consider improving this process. The other strange thing is that the tire pressure was supposedly checked, but this morning the tire light came on. More

To the two salesman I dealt with (Bob Murray and Bill Gasper) and the finance guy (Jordan Baker) ALL four where friendly, up front, honest, helpful, professional yet made me feel relaxed and comfortable. If you can't tell by now the overall experience was an A+! Would and will recommend Sunnyside Toyota to anyone. More
Always great service We have been dealing with Suunyside since 2007. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We have never had to deal with pushy servers guys telling us we need to spend thousands of dollars for a car repair. Clean and comfortable waiting area with TV. Desks with charging stations. Also coffee maker and a fridge filled with water. The also have a little kids room and a teenage room. Also want to give a big shot out to Al Philips. He is such a great guy. Not high pressure sales. He is just honest and cares about you. More
Loose lugnuts on both front tires I called & stopped at Service Sat to check odd engine noise that increased with speed. Both on phone & in person, & Chuck said Service too busy to check car. Called Mon & made app't for Fri a.m. Went to RR Heinens & sound was much worse. Called Sunnyside & told man at Service that if it got worse again, it would need a tow. He told me to get a tow, & I would need to leave car for the day. I asked if they could give me a ride home, & he seemed reluctant/hesitant to provide a shuttle. I felt it was necessary to drop off car & asked my neighbor to be a backup. I dropped off the car, & Greg took me home. He said to call if I needed a ride back to get my car. Later on Monday, Scott called & said my car had an unusual problem: the lugnuts on both front tires were loose. He said they would order up two complete sets of lugnuts. He ordered a rental car for me since they had to keep my car until the parts came in. The last time I had my car in, the tires were rotated. Perhaps the mechanic did not tighten down the lugnuts. This engine noise I was hearing could have ended very badly. I was upset that I was "blown off" on Sat & Mon. All I wanted was to have Sunnyside test drive the car to see if it was safe until an appointment was set to fix it. My first purchase from Sunnyside was a Saturn wagon in the late 90s. I have been a long time customer. I am a widow & depend on my car for safe transportation. The attitude Sunnyside Service had was a disappointment at the least & at the other end was outright dangerous. More
