Pleasant. Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two Dealership is really clean. The sales people are polite and courteous. My wife and I were waiting for the finance people when we realized that our two dogs (one a 3 month old puppy) had been alone at home for longer than we felt comfortable with. Mike Cuva, the service manager provide a vehicle to my wife so she could drive to our home and let our dogs out. This is a indication that this dealership is willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Jeff Nowak, the salesman I dealt with while I was in the show room could not of been more professional. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured. I purchased the truck I wanted at a good price. Good shopping experience. I will come back. Great coffee. More

Sunnyside Toyota makes car buying stress free I have leased or purchased cars from Sunnyside Toyota since around 2003. (one Highlander and 3 or 4 Sienna minivans). Truth be told, I do not like an I have leased or purchased cars from Sunnyside Toyota since around 2003. (one Highlander and 3 or 4 Sienna minivans). Truth be told, I do not like anything about car shopping. It is my second highest monthly bill after my mortgage and who likes paying that? I have 2 teenagers and I felt the need to downsize. I have always felt that Mike Cuva and Al Phillips were honest and straightforward. Since I was not going to go with the trusty minivan, I felt now was the perfect time to branch out and try something new and I ventured into a different dealership. It had hustle and bustle and a nice crew, but, something was missing. I realize that after 12 years I have built a rapport with Al and Mike. I appreciate the detailed breakdowns on each make and model. When I ask why I should purchase one model over another, I am provided with detailed explanations with back up to support their claims. Not generic answers such as, "it rides better". Al was confident in his product and had the literature and studies to back up his claim. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Brian Harris in their financial office . He explained all the upgraded packages and warranties in lay-men's terms. When I wasn't keen on adding a service package, he never made me feel guilty. He told me why and why not he felt a certain upgrade might be necessary. The best thing I ever did was to check out another dealership. It made me really appreciate being a part of the Sunnyside Toyota family! Another bonus is knowing I will continue to have access to their Service Department. I have always been treated to excellent customer service whether it is for an oil change or new tires. More

I have never felt pressured and I have always been satisfied. The service department is top notch. Chuck, in service, went above and beyond for me. Top Notch Service and Staff Sunnyside Toyota is fantastic. I came into Sunnyside Toyota about a year ago just to ask a question. From the moment he greeted me as I walked through the door, I knew I would be treated fairly and with respect.
