I am a first-time Subaru owner after buying a pre-owned Outback. Brought it in to White Bear Subaru for service around 100k miles and had a fantastic experience. Dan made my process very easy from check-in to payment. He performed the serviced requested and was able to recommend a few more for my consideration for both that appointment and what I should budget for in the future to keep the car running for a long time. The service technician also discovered an issue with my tire and I was able to get it replaced at no cost with Luther's 3-in-1 Road Hazard protection that I had previously purchased for the car. Definitely recommend for a smooth and easy experience all around! More

My daughters car had a Tire Pressure Monitoring System issue that started after a recent service appointment. The Service Manager offered to pick her car up in St. Louis Park and bring it to White Bear La issue that started after a recent service appointment. The Service Manager offered to pick her car up in St. Louis Park and bring it to White Bear Lake in order to diagnose and correct the problem. This is certainly going the extra mile, much appreciated and definitely unexpected. There was a problem which happens, but they absolutely care and work to make things right. I would highly recommend White Bears service group. More
