There have been a couple of issues with the new lease that were unfortunate but handled professionally and satisfactorily. My first visit involved installation of a hitch and remote start. My business i that were unfortunate but handled professionally and satisfactorily. My first visit involved installation of a hitch and remote start. My business is just up the street, so this was not a great inconvenience. However, I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM, returned at 12:30 PM only to be told that it wouldn't be done until 1630. And THEN I was told that there weren't enough parts to install the remote start and that I would have to return. I was not given the proper receiver for the hitch either. Again, all is good now, but the first couple of service appointments were somewhat suboptimal. More

Brought my 19 year old son here to buy his first “nice” car. After getting approved for a loan with a high down payment due to no credit he settled on a 2012 VW Tiguan with 77,000 miles. We were told it wo car. After getting approved for a loan with a high down payment due to no credit he settled on a 2012 VW Tiguan with 77,000 miles. We were told it would not come with a warranty and he couldn’t afford to purchase one. Drove nice for one week. Check engine light and EPC light came on. Wouldn’t even have the decency to look at it to see if it’s a problem they should have caught before selling. Then we found the original sales documents in the glove box showing they were offering a “dealer warranty” at some point. Makes us wonder when and why they pulled those off of the window and made him sign the “as is” document instead. We will never do business with them again. And I will be telling everyone I know how this big name dealership sold us a car in unsatisfactory condition, in what seems to have been a very shady business transaction. More
