Since new I have had all service and purchased accessories (trailer hitch, body side moldings, wheel well moldings and cargo carrier at White Bear Subaru. They did a very nice job. I asked for an explanation of options when I set appointment and reiterated upon arrival. That was not conveyed. Sales manager was not sincere in my impression, had an attitude problem.....sell, sell, sell. No follow-up questioning my satisfaction with explanation. As an older woman, I had the feeling I had the feeling I was being railroaded and rushed as the food truck was coming soon. Thanks for your previous service but no thanks for future business More
