2 decades of splendid service, but when my car stopped functioning mid-trip! this winter White Bear Subaru said there was nothing wrong with the car - just that the computer running all of the car functi functioning mid-trip! this winter White Bear Subaru said there was nothing wrong with the car - just that the computer running all of the car functions does not work in cold weather. With that they sent me off. In subsequent inquiries about the service, I reported this incident expecting someone would respond. No one has. Apparently, if the ratings are not 5-=star, they are ignored. That is my definition of poor service and even worse management that does not follow up on LOYAL customer complaints. More
