I came for an oil change. I called before to ask about a new emblem since mine was stolen. The service guy (who was very nice and friendly) said $60. When I dropped the car off, I forgot to mention it thoug new emblem since mine was stolen. The service guy (who was very nice and friendly) said $60. When I dropped the car off, I forgot to mention it though. So when I got the text that my car was ready, I replied, also asking about the emblem. I was told it was $80. Maybe I should have said, “I was quoted $60,” but I didn’t; I just said not to bother. I ended up ordering one online from some dealership in Colorado for $43 including shipping. I do understand a markup for services performed, but come on, the thing just pops right in. I think if I’d been told $60 the second time, I’d have said to do it, even though I knew I could find it cheaper online, simply because it would be the immediate answer to my problem. I guess I’m glad I didn’t, because a 100% markup for popping in a new emblem is kind-of crazy. But the lack off consistency in quotes from White Bear Subaru is really a problem. Other than this, I’ve never had a bad experience with you guys, and I’ll be coming back for whatever service I need next. More
Julius was eas extremely paiteint with us and when he didn't have a Subaru in my price range we looked at other brands of used vehicles that they had on their lot. He was scrolling through the vehicles and I spotted a Lexus for $6500 and we checked it out and bought it. I am simply in love with this 15 year old vehicle with 160,000 miles on it and it looks and runs like new. Scotty Kilmer has been recomending Lexus for a long time and I now realize why. A well, Japanese built vehicle is a really well built car that will last a long time. More

We recently purchased a pre-owned 2015 Ford Escape. We were so pleased with the service Brandon gave us from the very start. He was no pressure right out of the gate. He explained to us that for a $500 to were so pleased with the service Brandon gave us from the very start. He was no pressure right out of the gate. He explained to us that for a $500 totally refundable deposit we could hold the car which made the decision that much easier to leave the car behind. We are so pleased with the car. Only complaint we have is how long it takes to get out. Seems like Brandon has some great ideas on how to speed things up. He's a really kind young man. More
