The overall experience was horrible. There have been issues from the moment we stepped foot in the dealership. I hoped for a better experience after dealing with our agent, but things continue to surfac issues from the moment we stepped foot in the dealership. I hoped for a better experience after dealing with our agent, but things continue to surface. As of today, there have been numerous issues that continue to arise such as unauthorized credit runs. I have called the dealership to speak with the used car manager and still have not heard back from him although a voicemail was left. I will be looking to contact the BBB due to the continuous letters being received from creditors I never agreed to have my credit run with. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I had fog lights installed and oil/filter replacement. I particularly liked the multi-point vehicle inspection check list. However, I was a bit concerned that the Brake fluid was checked red (indicating immediate attention was needed) with the comment 'low', yet no-one talked to me about it at the end of the visit, nor suggested they fill it up and correct it on the spot. WB Subaru service people are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I had no problem getting an appointment when I wanted one. They reminded me that I had a lift gate problem that would be taken care of a courteous. I had no problem getting an appointment when I wanted one. Plus, I got a car wash and some interior clean-up. The waiting area wasn’t crowded either, so I felt safe from any Covid problems. More
