There was a bit of a disconnect on the Covid mitigation policies, i.e., due to a family member of mine being on chemotherapy, the person I made the appointment with suggested that I park in the drop-off lo policies, i.e., due to a family member of mine being on chemotherapy, the person I made the appointment with suggested that I park in the drop-off location - a good no-contact plan. However, as I was leaving my car in the drop-off location, another employee driving by suggested that I drive into the service area because the drop-off location was only for overnight or early morning appointments, and no one would know my car was awaiting attention. So I had to call the person I made arrangements with initially to confirm that the car would in fact receive attention. Everyone was exceedingly polite and provided the inspection and repair estimate that I needed efficiently. More

We've owned Subaru's since 1999. I bought my daughter a used Tribeca. I needed spare keys. I brought a key from an on-line source that another Luther (Volkswagen) dealership have cut keys from. This deal used Tribeca. I needed spare keys. I brought a key from an on-line source that another Luther (Volkswagen) dealership have cut keys from. This dealership said it would not cut a key from a third party source and that I would have to use their key. $110 later I had two cut keys + an expected additional charge for programing for a total charge of over $280. The service manager said the parts department wouldn't cut the aftermarket key as it could ruin the cutting head on the key cutter. Really? Next new Subaru or service will be at Walser Subaru. More
Good service but slower then told to me. The service area and waiting area are very clean. They only real complaint I have is they stated 1 week later by mail that I had a oil leak from the oil plug. T area and waiting area are very clean. They only real complaint I have is they stated 1 week later by mail that I had a oil leak from the oil plug. They did not bother tightening it so I did after the fact. Funny thing is there has been no oil on my garage floor. More
Ms. Babcock is an excellent representative for your Subaru dealership and I would recommend her to anyone. Best salesperson I've had...ever and I've worked with a lot of them! I believe she went above Subaru dealership and I would recommend her to anyone. Best salesperson I've had...ever and I've worked with a lot of them! I believe she went above and beyond what was necessary to make the sale. She knew everything about the purchasing process and it was nice talking to her about her first hand knowledge and experience, actually owning a Subaru. She sold us on the quality and safety ratings and all the other great things but most importantly, she sold us who she is as a person. We all know what they say about auto-sales people (some of which are true sometimes), Marilyn was 180 degs. the opposite. She was super genuine and it wasn't an act. If it was an act, she needs to be awarded an emmy! As a new car buyers, it was actually between the Subaru Ascent and a GMC Acadia but fortunately for both of us (you and I), Marilyn's professionalism, expertise and sensarity, we ended up in your favor. Marilyn deserves a promotion/raise/time-off award/etc. She's serving you very well and I hope it doesn't go unrecognized. On a different note, I do think it's kind of odd how you have the salesperson convince the buyer how great Subarus are and then you do a 180 and have your finance/business manager try to convince the buyer just the opposite. I believe you tried to sell 4 or so (?), different products to me to make the already $50k vehilce better, more mechanically sound, more worry free, protected, etc. I was thinking to myself, "Do they know something I don't about the car, e.g., mechanical issues, electronic, cheap paint job, poor quality carpet, fake leather, etc., that I their not telling me?" Why the push? Part of the reason I even considered buying a Subaru was because of it's dependability and ratings and then surprisingly, someone tries to convince me that maybe Subaru isn't quite as dependable as they make us believe it is? I did purchase the 10yr/100k warranty at a discount because I think with all the electronic gizmos and negative conversations about the ASCENT transmission, it is likely I will see something expensive needing to be replaced over the next 10 years or, 100k miles. So I bought it. So, bottom-line is: Continue to press how great the car is and confirm with the customers' about how great the car is and the positive reputation they heard about is true! But back off a bit with pushing the extras. Stop making it seem like the vehicle is less than adequate "as is" and insisting the owner buy one or all extras to get the ultimate experience from their Subaru! Make it known that extras are available but stop trying so hard to make the buyer feel compelled to purchase any of it because the quality of the vehicle may not be as great as what Subaru claims it to be. Thank you for your time. If you have any questions, let me know! More
