I visited White Bear Subaru for a recall of the catalytic converter on my Subaru witch had failed and caused a code to come up on the computer. the converter was replaced but they refused to erase the codes converter on my Subaru witch had failed and caused a code to come up on the computer. the converter was replaced but they refused to erase the codes with out charging me. It would have taken them less than five minutes to hook up there computer and erase the codes, I have purchased 2 new Subaru's there but will never return! More

They provided me with a refund for my battery which had failed after only 2 years which l really appreciated.) The service department came up with a satisfactory resolution.
