A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. TOOK CAR IN FOR A RECALL. LETTER INDICATED ABOUT 1 HR TO FIX. I ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY. sERVICE PERSON INDICATED 1 - 1 1/2 HRS, WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. I ASKED SPECIFI RECALL. LETTER INDICATED ABOUT 1 HR TO FIX. I ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY. sERVICE PERSON INDICATED 1 - 1 1/2 HRS, WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. I ASKED SPECIFICALLY TO HAVE IT WASHED. WAITED THERE. TOOK ALMOST 2 HRS TO FIX (7 MINUTES SHY), AND AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE, REALIZED IT HADN'T BEEN WASHED. BACK INTO SERVICE GARAGE. More
