The only reason I'm giving this a 3-star rating is because the salesman didn't have to do a whole lot. We called and inquired about the SUV, test drove it and then bought it. Although I appreciate the fact that the salesman supposedly put a new battery in the (defective) key fob, it would have been nice if he had explained how it's very hard to press to get it to work. AND seeing how we spent over 9K on our purchase it would have been appreciated if the SUV had a full tank of gas instead of just above half a tank!! More

The complete team at the service dept was just outstanding, the free retail was very clean and was ready when I arrived, the check in and out was flawless.
