It took three trips into the Service Center to truly fix the air conditioning on my new purchase of a Pre-Owned Certified 2017 Subaru Forester. I appreciated the loaner cars for the second and third round. the air conditioning on my new purchase of a Pre-Owned Certified 2017 Subaru Forester. I appreciated the loaner cars for the second and third round. The first time after the purchase was during a heat wave. I was assured it had been fixed and proceeded on a round trip to Chicago when the AC broke, with a very uncomfortable dog in the back seat. They did fix it eventually - at their expense. More
