The facility was very nice and conveniently located. Our sales guy did a great job explaining the different options we could get with the Ascent models. However the sales pitch on the extended warranty products went on too long and added unnecessary time to the process. This seems to be the new normal as we encountered this same situation when purchasing another car. Due to Covid 19 concerns the salesman was not able to sit in the car with us and show us the instrumentation etc. It would have been helpful if there would have been a video we could have watched to learn some of the main operations. Although he did tell us we can call him with questions. More

As usual my service visit was prompt and professional. I had my first oil change which was free. I also had body side mouldings and auto dimming mirrors upgraded.
