recall repair Made an appt for the airbag recall. Brought it in and waited an hour Then I was told they did not have the correct screws to put it in. So they gave m Made an appt for the airbag recall. Brought it in and waited an hour Then I was told they did not have the correct screws to put it in. So they gave me a loaner for the week end (this was a Friday afternoon). Tuesday I was called and said my car was ready, so I went back to get my car. When I got in it I noticed the ash tray would not stay closed. (It used to work) . So they made me another appt. Then I realized I left my garage door opener in the loaner. When I went back to get it, a mechanic looked at the ash tray and fixed it immediately, so I did not have to make a 3rd trip. Everyone was helpful and friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I would go back and staff did everything they could to help with the error of not having the screws. If that would not have happened, I would have given them an excellent rating. More
