Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a recall repair turned into 4 hours with no contact as to why the delay until we asked. Great ServiceGreat Service Staff When I arrived I was able to drive write into the garage. I told the service attendant my name and appointment time. Subura recall items corrected. I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain. I asked to get my umbrella out of my car and the tech went out and drove I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain.
