The people are always very kind and helpful. Last time I was there, I was getting an oil change and it eventually was more than that, that needed to get done. So after spending over 200 dollars, I paid and was there, I was getting an oil change and it eventually was more than that, that needed to get done. So after spending over 200 dollars, I paid and walked out to my car, and noticed I didn't get the free car wash I asked for. OK whatever, but when I started my car, my washer fluid light was still on, so they didn't even top that off. Again this isn't a huge deal, but when you spend that much money, you expect the little things to be done also. More

Did not follow recommendations for windshield replacement Owner's manual recommends contacting dealer for windshield replacement using OEM glass because of Eyesight requirements. I did this, local service pe Owner's manual recommends contacting dealer for windshield replacement using OEM glass because of Eyesight requirements. I did this, local service person said they could not do windshield replacement order and gave me Luther Glass phone number. I talked to both Luther Glass and my insurance representative regarding need for OEM glass (this was recorded by AMICA). I did not receive any confirmation by Luther Glass that my instructions were carried out. Only after receiving car back did I notice that aftermarket glass was installed. According to AMICA they would have covered OEM glass. There is a disconnect between the manual, your service department and Luther Glass. More

Services Went in for an oil change. Minutes later, service manager Greg Nichols came back and said they had a minor incident with my car. One of the service cr Went in for an oil change. One of the service crew had bumped my front bumper with another car and that Subaru would take care of it. Was feeling disappointed at the time. A few days later, got a call and said my car was ready. Went in, bumper was fixed, but the shop didn't do a good job, still scratches. Talk to service Manager-Manya Love and she said it would be resolve. Came back a couple of days later, and they threw in a new bumper. Accidents happens, but thanks to Greg and Manya for their great customer services, communications, and feedback, I am very satisfied on how things got resolved. Thanks to both! More
