Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did nit feel pressured in any eay, and the sales person answered all of my questions. They worked with us to get my vehicle from another dealer quickly and it wa pressured in any eay, and the sales person answered all of my questions. The paperwork went pretty quickly and the sales person has contacted me a few times to make sure I did not have any questions on using features on my new vehicle. More

My husband and I bought a mini van and as soon as I stepped into the vehicle to take it for a test drive, I noticed a horrible smell and how dirty it was. I was reassured multiple times that it had been cleaned and they said they would shampoo it again. After we got it home we took a bucket of soapy water and washed all the seats, the dash, everything! The water was FILTHY and we had to refill the bucket with clean water 4x!! The smell was still there. It smelled like sour milk so we ripped up the carpet. We could still smell it and when we ripped up the carpet some of the padding stuck to the carpet. We smelled the padding and it was horrible!!!! We had to replace all of the padding and the carpet in the entire van! THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB CLEANING IT!! More
