This was an unnecessary trip for me. The recall had already been done. I told the caller this but he insisted this was a new recall. When I got to the dealership I was given a car wash and my car was v already been done. I told the caller this but he insisted this was a new recall. When I got to the dealership I was given a car wash and my car was vacuumed. Ue was very apologetic and I know it was just a mixup. The dealership is not particularly close to me and I have better things to do. More

Fantastic customer service I brought out 2017 Subaru in because the AC wasn't working- apparently the condensor needed to be replaced. This happened just after our warranty ran I brought out 2017 Subaru in because the AC wasn't working- apparently the condensor needed to be replaced. This happened just after our warranty ran out which was a huge bummer. Subaru waived the cost of the replacement and they were extremely fast and professional. While I am not impressed the condensor broke after so little time, I was thrilled with the service center's response. More

Did not reset car system, no one wearing masks.
