Seth's knowledge, professionalism and pleasant manner made our buying experience very enjoyable. Seth was patient and respectfully answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile to get just the exact vehicle we were looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend interested in buying a new vehicle. He was exceptional! More

Less than 24 hours front bumper popped off and needed a new battery. The dealership "fixed" the bumper and less than a year later it randomly popped off again. Then 2 tired blew out and had to replace all four tires since it is AWD. Then less than a year later the bumper randomly popped off again. They had my care over a week, and promised to fix it plus the actual body damage that they told me about! They NEVER fixed the other body damage but promised they "fixed" the bumper. I wasn't mad about not having the other body damaged fixed because they discounted the car for the dents on the other side of the car opposite of the bumper. Then a month after they fixed the bumper it is coming apart! Then my window won't roll up when I want it to, sometimes takes 10 mins to get it to stay rolled up, and the key wouldn't come out of the ignition! I stopped rolling down my window because I never knew when it was going to act up. I brought the car into the service department for the ignition issue which they charged me to have fixed!!! Also letting me know my cars alignment is off, I need new brakes, and brakes need to be flushed!!! This car has only 66,000 miles on it!!!!!! I bought it with about 30k+ on it!!! I have owned 8 Chevy's and NEVER had any issues with them. This is my FIRST AND LAST Subaru!!! I have sent multiple emails to customer service with no response! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DON"T BUY ANYTHING USED FROM THEM!!!! More
Excellent service. Fast, courteous, easy to follow procedures related to the COVID precautions. I was especially pleased when the dealer did not charge me for AC service: my car's warranty has expired procedures related to the COVID precautions. I was especially pleased when the dealer did not charge me for AC service: my car's warranty has expired just recently, and the service manager was kind enough to offer this service as a complement of the dealership. Disappointed in latest service and sales experience I took my 2010 Outback in to correct reason for flashing warning lights. Was advised by service technician that it needed $2500 in repairs. A very l I took my 2010 Outback in to correct reason for flashing warning lights. Was advised by service technician that it needed $2500 in repairs. A very long list. Hard to come up with that kind of money at this time. So I said give me the details and what is the minimum that is needed to get it back on the Road. That was $1500. So we did that and car is working fine. One of the additional recommendations was to replace timing belt, at $700. Technician said that he did not have a record of this being replaced, and that if it broke the entire engine would have to be replaced. So, I checked my own records, and this was replaced, at your dealership 40,000 miles ago, per general maintenance recommendations. So, I was a bit disappointed that the technician was pushing me to do a very expensive repair that your shop had already done, as scheduled. He needs to do a better records review. Furthermore, as I was consulting with the technician, I said that given the list of costly repairs, I may need to think about replacing this 2010 unit. And he said, this guy behind me, Mohammed, is in sales, he can help you with that. Very unsatisfactory experience with him. He took my car for a drive, came back and said that it is not worth much, and offered me $2000 for it. Said it was a really good offer, considering it’s condition. We then had a brief, tense, chat about lease vs purchase. I then went home and did A quick on line search for the resale value of my Outback. Your dealership, and others, are selling this very car for $7,000-8,000. Even private sales were all greater than $5000. So, in summary, I kind of felt like I was treated as a chump by these folks. I am sure that it was not intended this way. But they need to up their game on vehicle maintenance research and recommendations and customer relations. More
