Waste of Time Took my Acura TLX for a side skirt inspection that literally anyone could've told me on the spot. Instead they stated that it would take an hour for inspection and my cost will depend on that per hour. I waited for almost an hour that got nowhere. When i was called up to my car, i was advised that in order for them to do an inspection, they will have to remove my side skirt. So for that 1 hour what did they do to my car? I had to pay half the fee because he stated that i was still in for an inspection. He said i will have to schedule another appointment and for them to take off the side skirt and i will have to order the parts first to see if it was the side skirt or the clips itself. After this, i took it to another Acura and was able to reinstall it within the time i took it in for inspection with no cost. More

This service department is amazing!!! I recently had a tricky problem to diagnose. It took a couple of trips and false starts. Great experience the day of the sale (a Saturday) but, no Subaru Starlink login or vehicle manual. Was told they’d overnight the manual to me on Monday and would email me the link. I had to make several requests (emails and voicemails left at the office number) to get a response, finally over 2 weeks later my issues were addressed. Apparently the issues were not in the Hands of my salesman but that was the only person I was directed to. Not sure where the ball was dropped. I was happy driving the car home but, no impressed with the follow up. I’d recommend this location but. Wouldn’t leave without getting everything. More
