New Suby needed update to computer Subaru sent me a recall on my new car. Contacted WBS and they said how soon do you want to come in. I had a couple things the week I got the notice so Subaru sent me a recall on my new car. Contacted WBS and they said how soon do you want to come in. The service I experienced was excellent! Doug was professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He even put up with my dad's "dad jokes" about blinker fluid, haha! The services I came in for involved multiple recalls (three came in back-to-back in Dec/Jan), an oil change (just moved across the country), and a general inspection for the upcoming lease return. Doug even threw in a complimentary wiper blade change since I brought my own new ones. I got my vehicle back with all the service completed, and was pleasantly surprised to see my car had all the snow/salt washed off too. Above and beyond service, I was truly impressed!! More
