I had an ongoing problem with the battery going dead. I made an appointment then wrote them a letter explaining exactly the timeline and frequency of its occurring. Again when I returned he recognized me immediately, had all the paperwork ready in a short time and my car had been driven in so didn't even have to go outside. Fast is an understatement regarding the purchase of my Forester. Walked in at 10 AM looking for pricing and at 4 PM drove home in my new '24 Forester with the options I wanted.
