Poor communication The service associate never contacted me as I requested to inform me that my car was ready. I had to call 3 times at the end of the day to find out th The service associate never contacted me as I requested to inform me that my car was ready. I had to call 3 times at the end of the day to find out that it was ready. Also, I was told that I need my brake service when my own mechanic told me my brakes are fine. I would only come back for warranty work, but might look for another dealer for that. The shuttle service to work was excellent. More

This was the best experience I have has at White Bear Subaru so far. I needed a repair to a wheel bearing and knew I would not have time to sit at the dealership. I was offered I have has at White Bear Subaru so far. I needed a repair to a wheel bearing and knew I would not have time to sit at the dealership. I was offered a service vehicle immediately and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I was able to go about my day and was updated throughout the day. When my vehicle was repaired it was no more than another 10 minutes to pay for service and pick up. Very efficient, great customer service! More
