Scott Andrews helped me decide by driving test driving each model. Once I decided I wanted the Crosstrek - it was on to financing with Matt Kritzeck. Financing was so fast and easy. The entire process was no pressure and totally upfront about everything. I am really happy with my experience. More
An Excellent Experience I bought a new Subaru with the help of Jacob. He knew the Subaru Forester very well and was very thorough going through all of the car parts, especia I bought a new Subaru with the help of Jacob. He knew the Subaru Forester very well and was very thorough going through all of the car parts, especially the electronics (Car Play, Blind Spot Monitoring, Changing the Instrument Panel Display). I have purchased about 12 cars and I have never had that thorough an orientation. It was very helpful. There was no pressure, and Jacob had pullled our Subaru into a showroom area. It was nice to look at a car inside during a Minnesota winter. The whole process was very smooth. Jacob handled all of the details immedialtely. There was no waiting around. When my wife and I agreed to the car, Jacob said that the car could be ready to pick up in a half hour. It was ready in 20 minutes and in perfect condition. Excellent prep staff. In my experience, I have never had a new car ready so quickly. Landon in finance was very organized and thorough. Again, the process went very smoothly. The only very minor thing I would change is to not have the extras (paint sealant, extended warranty) presented after I said I wasn't interested. This was a little annoying. Again, there was no pressure in all of this. I think that we were treated well and the whole process was very efficient. It took only two hours including a test drive for us to drive home in a new car. More

good experience I got my choice of days and times for service. The service cost was less than it could have been. Actually less than quoted. As a bonus, I had a loaner for 2 days that is actually an Acura I'm considering buying (if and when needed - my current TL is still great!). It was an RDX. That is one nice car. Kinda hated to return it. Also, John was good about texting status. Nice way to communicate. I also really liked getting an email with the invoice ahead of going back to the dealer. That's smart. More
