Failed to do as I asked. I asked for 6000 mile check PLUS rotation of tires as crew from selling Dealership failed to do on the Initial Servicing of my vehicle. I felt then, I asked for 6000 mile check PLUS rotation of tires as crew from selling Dealership failed to do on the Initial Servicing of my vehicle. I felt then, that they just didn't want to be bothered. They said that they didn't need rotation or Balancing. The said they would do it next time. Well, I had been to your Dealership with my Employers car and had it serviced over a number of years. I felt that we had received better customer service here than there. My question is, why is a rotation/balance listed as a service of your first visit if it is not needed, and can then even be passed over on the NEXT scheduled service? This just doesn't make sense to me. I waited for more than an hour and a half for the oil change, as the car wash was not done either as temperatures were below zero and I was told my car would freeze and I would be unable to get into it. Greg Nichols did tell me I could come and get the car wash when it warmed up. Greg gave me an estimate that included a rotation and balance. Ue Vang was the closer, and said that they had not done the rotation and balance, that it would be done the next Servicing. I wonder, Will it? The final bill was about $35 less than estimated. Not interested in addressing the principle issue I specifically called out an issue with my brakes (unable to be depressed at specific times), that issue was ignored.
