Purchase experience Jay Smith and Ronnie Blair were great. They are going out of their way to clean up the scratches and scrapes from the previous owner. It was the fella ( not sure if the name) who did the extended warranty offer and final paperwork that I was not pleased with. I had to wait a long time for him and he wasn't even working with anyone else- I could see since I sat outside his office. He mainly offered the bumper to bumper warranty for 45,000 miles of coverage which I thought was expensive for just 45,000 miles. My husband recently got a 100,000 miles warranty on his vehicle for $2500 so the $1950 for $45,000 seemed a bit much for just 45,000 miles. He seemed put out by my reaction and didn't mention any lesser coverages for just like the power train which I may have been interested in. He then asked for the warranty brochure back which was interesting since earlier ( before we sat down together, I had asked for one to look at and he told me to keep it saying that" he had tons of them".) I feel that the extended warranty information should be something that a buyer could think about ahead of time and that there should be printed up front pricing for each level choice. This should be offered to a potential buyer earlier on in the process- might eliminate them feeling pressured to make this last minute decision- something I don't do well with. Or else let them have the 5 days to decide whether they want it or not ( to go along with your 5 day offer to change your mind on the vehicle). Just some things to think about More
