First time in 12 years that a B service was not fully completed. I guess things are done differently in MN. And, it will cost me more to bring it back for the remainder of the services. All of the B14 se completed. I guess things are done differently in MN. And, it will cost me more to bring it back for the remainder of the services. All of the B14 service should have been done, not just part of it. If going there, customer beware that you'll need to insist on getting what you should get. More

They ripped me off. I put $2,500 into the car at the Bloomington location. Whitebear Subaru gave me $3,500 and they turned around and are selling it for $11,800. I take responsibility for getting suckered but they obviously don't care about keeping customers for future sales and referrals. They were really pushy and made me really uncomfortable. In hindsight I should have backed out and bought somewhere else. The sales person Jacob was the only positive in the whole experience. He was really nice and tried to be helpful. More
