Ridiculous charges for filters install Charged $58 to install air filter and cabin filter. Videos on internet demonstrate that combination of both installs take less than 5 minutes. For the air filter, demonstration is done by a guy wearing a dress shirt and tie and he never got dirty. Cabin air filter was $28. An AC Delco from auto parts store is $17. The cabin filter was $30. A Purolator filter can be purchased for $21. They washed my car for "free" even though it was raining and the car wasn't dirty when I brought it in. More

Breakdown of Communication I went in for and oil change and one fog light replacement. They wound up finding 3 more burnt out bulbs. I texted back to my advisor to replace all 4 I went in for and oil change and one fog light replacement. They wound up finding 3 more burnt out bulbs. I texted back to my advisor to replace all 4. When I went to pick up my car my original advisor was not around. A very nice woman helped me—and I’ Glad she did because when they drove the car in she noticed the lights were off. Turns out the other 3 never got replaced. I’m not sure of her exact title but Nena told the technician very firmly to replace now because I had to get to work. Wound up getting a little discount for my trouble but none of that should have happened. Not sure how my wishes didn’t get communicated but I was not too pleased when I left. More
