No appts for oil changes My last car dealership let me make appointments for oil changes. I know other people who can make appointments where they go. I called to make an appo My last car dealership let me make appointments for oil changes. I know other people who can make appointments where they go. I called to make an appointment at Subaru and was told they don't make oil change appointments and to just bring my car in. I do not like guessing games. I prefer to have a scheduled time and do not appreciate trying to figure out what day/what time would be least busy for me to take my car in. The "spontaneous" approach does not work for all your customers. I am guessing the most convenient time, Saturday mornings, I would need to sit there for hours. So it took me a few weeks and finally I found a day where I would try to go, hoping it would not be busy. I happened to guess right, so the visit itself turned out fine. The employee who helped me was good to work with and I have no complaints about the work or customer service from the worker in your service bay. But your appointment scheduling process, or I should say lack thereof, is a disappointment. More
