Early on a Saturday morning oil change Peng was in a great mood and pleasant to talk to even if it was so early in the morning on a weekend. The coffee machine was awesome! The cinnamon buns were tasty. Bathroom was clean and they even had some clearance t-shirts on display, which I bought for my nephew and husband. I also was able to get an estimate on some extra parts that I want installed on my car. Before I could even sit down, Peng called my name and my car was finished and I was on my way out the door. Only thing to improve was who ever drove it could have pressed the seat buttons 1 or 2 to put the seat back to its original position. When I got in my car, I knocked my sunglasses off my head and the steering wheel was in my stomach. More

Oil change and multipoint check Oil change was done quickly. I am concerned that your tire chick system still has some problems. My precheck showed that the left from tire was wear Oil change was done quickly. I am concerned that your tire chick system still has some problems. My precheck showed that the left from tire was wearing (tread depth) faster than the other 3. Tire tread depth was check during the oil change and the tread depth was the same as the other 3 tires. On prior visits your tire check system indicated that the tire alignment was off it took several trips to get it correct. It is important that all of your systems align as the precheck, although a good idea, is used to sell additional alignment services and it must be accurate you are selling an unneeded service; not a good business practice. More

On Sept 6 I decided to have four new tires installed - excellent all-around service from start to finish, as usual - couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience at this dealership! PS.
