Acura Dealership was great; the car salesman, not so much I found a vehicle online and called the Acura Dealership; I was connected with Dan. I told Dan I would be purchasing the vehicle and worked with my ba I found a vehicle online and called the Acura Dealership; I was connected with Dan. I told Dan I would be purchasing the vehicle and worked with my bank to have all of the leg-work taken care of before coming to the Dealership. Later that week, I arrived at Acura and was handed the keys to take a look. The oil had not been changed and the vehicle was not clean. (I later had it detailed, including shampooing the stained carpets.) I was pushed to complete paperwork before the Dealership got busy, but insisted on a test drive before making my purchase final. I noted the bad oil and that there was not an MDX floor mat for the rear. I asked Dan if he could throw one in - no luck. I was disgusted to have driven 4 hours, done the paperwork on my end ahead of time, had received poor customer service, was paying sticker price (I did not haggle!), yet Dan couldn't throw in a mat, not even a discount on one. Driving home I noticed I didn't have a User Manual either. Dan won't ever get my money again, and if I hadn't driven so far, I would have walked right out the door and gone elsewhere right then. Sad. More

The finance process took a while due to high volume of deals going through that day but the staff was very accommodating. I would have preferred to see the aftermarket options that were available before signing, but overall satisfied with the buying experience. Took the car straight off the lot and on a 400 mile weekend road trip to the North Shore! WB Subaru has been my go-to for all my cars and very much enjoy working with them. More
New Ascent Purchase We bought a new Subaru Forester three years ago and received a Holiday discount card for 5 cents off for a year and we got to select a charity for a $ We bought a new Subaru Forester three years ago and received a Holiday discount card for 5 cents off for a year and we got to select a charity for a $250 donation from Subaru - we just spent a lot more money on an Ascent and got. nada with our purchase. A little disappointing. Also ordered rustproofing and was disappointed we have to bring it back to get it done. Wish it would have been done for pick-up. Scott was very good to deal with! More
