Matt Fox was very responsive, providing the information I requested in a very professional manner. I then visited eliminated the CR-V from the mix and visited WB Subaru and a Toyota dealership for test drives. Matt Fox was very helpful during the test drive and selecting the desired trim level, options, colors, etc. He also had the best price and buying experience of the Subaru dealerships that I had contacted. I reserved a Forester that was on a train with a small down payment and Matt contacted me a couple days prior to its arrival. The 'closing' process was pleasant and efficient with few surprises. Matt and Chi Vang politely ran me through the optional services and didn't try to pressure me into anything. If they had, my rating would be much different/lower. I had a great experience purchasing my very first Subaru from White Bear Subaru. More

Service drop off I went to drop my car off the night before it’s service appointment. Greg knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it right there and sent me home in 1/2 ho I went to drop my car off the night before it’s service appointment.
