Long wait and high cost for oil change I find Subaru service to be over-priced, inflexible, and slow. I came in for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. It took 1.5 hours! Th I find Subaru service to be over-priced, inflexible, and slow. I came in for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. It took 1.5 hours! The tire rotation was free b/c I purchased the tires there, but the oil change, with regular oil, was nearly 50 bucks. Just the fact that I have to reserve a time to do such basic service seems rigid and not very customer-service oriented. The waiting area is beautiful. The facilities clean and lovely, but I feel like I'm paying too much. My comparison group is Toyota (I also own one) and Subaru just always falls short. More

He was extremely pleasant, easy to work with, honest and followed thru with everything we asked about both prior to and after the sale. The Finance Manager Mike worked to ensure he provided us with all the correct info we needed to make the right financing/leasing choice and feel comfortable with the deal. I felt Mike was very knowledgeable and confident at his job and he sure made the financing piece go smoothly. Both Scott and Mike definitely made our buying experience very enjoyable at White Bear Acura and I look forward to working with them again in the future! Thanks guys!! More
Quick Lane Oil Change I used the Quick Lane option to get an oil change without an appointment. Although it was noon, I was able to get right in, and was on my way in abo I used the Quick Lane option to get an oil change without an appointment. Although it was noon, I was able to get right in, and was on my way in about an hour. Ue Vang, the service advisor, explained the process, answered my questions, and directed me to the lounge. The lounge is well appointed and clean, with comfortable chairs and complimentary beverages and snacks. (But, hey, some ottomans would be nice for those of us whose legs don't reach the floor from those big chairs.) The service included a multi-touch inspection, car wash and vacuum. The service advisor explained the results of the inspection before I left. Very satisfied with the customer service and work on my car. Also, Ue went out of his way to get me a specific White Bear pen to replace the one I lost. He didn't have to do that, but he offered, and it was greatly appreciated. Overall, an excellent service visit. More

When I arrived I met with Julius, who first showed me a different car. Sure it was similar, but it wasn't the one I drove in to see. When I pressed about wanting to drive the one I came in for, he said it was sold that morning. I asked why he didn't call me, and he said he thought I would like the other car. Was not happy at all about this. I understand cars sell, but I would have liked a call, even if I was on the way there. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch attempt. More
Fast and Efficient I had to have my battery jumped and my windows did not open and close weeks later and I forgot about having the dead battery Window was stuck open I had to have my battery jumped and my windows did not open and close weeks later and I forgot about having the dead battery Window was stuck open on the passenger side and called and Matt told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Went in this morning no appointment was necessary and they reset . Sat in comfortable waiting room for maybe 5 minutes and after the car came back with a brand new car wash and the windows worked. Great service department. More
