Good to their word Took my 2017 Subaru WRX in for a clicking noise from the engine compartment. They diagnosed it as a throw out bearing on my clutch. Provided me with a loaner car, at no charge, and proceeded to repair the throw out bearing. They were done before the end of the day, which was much faster than I expected. Easy, hassle-free buying experience After having our car totaled in a deer hit, we decided to go to Subaru because I had heard that they are great in the snow and feel very safe. I conta After having our car totaled in a deer hit, we decided to go to Subaru because I had heard that they are great in the snow and feel very safe. I contacted Matt online and he answered me right away. Then we went to the dealership to look at the Forrester and Outback and Matt couldn't have been more laid-back and helpful. Never did he pressure us to buy, even though it was clear we needed a car. We came near the end of December and were able to make a selection and pick it up after a vacation. The whole experience wasn't anything I'd had before in buying a car (which was stressful and very pressured). We've been back for our technology training and were again pleased with the amount of time given to us by Ryan in answering our questions and making sure we are well trained. Thanks again!
