Dee is a true straight up guy!! He's been a great guy to get to know. Very personable, friendly, happy & very professional. He has worked with me from a 2011 Outback to our newer 2018 Outback. I take my 3 yr old Crosstrek here for servicing. Always a good experience. This recent visit was great: fast and on target for cost. I have been coming to WB Acura for service on my Acura for 7 years. I have NEVER left after a service visit feeling unsatisfied or ripped off. When they suggest a certain maintenance item, I have always for 7 years. I have NEVER left after a service visit feeling unsatisfied or ripped off. When they suggest a certain maintenance item, I have always felt it was appropriate and I don't feel like they have ever suggested something they did not feel was important to do. Lucas was my rep for my last visit, and I have worked with him before, and I feel he is always very competent and helpful. I think pricing is fair and you get what you pay for knowing that the job is done right. More
