When I was reconsidering my purchase, this team assisted me with feeling at ease. There is nothing negative that I could say about this team that assisted me. If I were to need a vehicle in the future, this team would be the one to work with and I was impressed. I am not an easy customer to deal with and it was no problem with them. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism. The person I did have a difficult time with was the used car dealership manager Jerzey. He starts off pleasant and professional and his demeanor changes when you do not move quickly enough to purchase the vehicle. I felt that he was pushy and unprofessional. He made a comment that he would just give the vehicle to a young kid that was interest, which was unprofessional. More

About 2 years ago, I had visited White Plains Honda thinking of replacing my 1999 Toyota, at the time, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purc About 2 years ago, I had visited White Plains Honda thinking of replacing my 1999 Toyota, at the time, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purchase a new or a used car. Go forward two years to 2015 -- after many months of research on buying a car (If you haven't started, THERE IS A LOT OUT THERE in the internet, you will feel overwhelmed, but happy you're a more informed consumer). After visiting about 3 showrooms in the NY and NJ area, I was not happy either with the service or the price. My spouse and I realized this time we could visit White Plains Honda, and we are so happy we did! Within less than a week, I was able to trade in my old car for a 2012 Honda Accord. We could not be more happy with our car, or with the price. Everyone is friendly, courteous, willing to help. I'll admit I was a little impatient, I wanted to get the car on a Saturday after visiting the showroom on a Thursday, I almost pulled out! My sales associate, Bob, remained in constant communication with me about the status of the car, what they needed from me, etc. The White Plains Honda team definitely stepped it up, worked together, and now I have my new "whip" (a very nice car). I love my car, and if I ever need to finance or purchase a new or used car, White Plains Honda will definitely be my go-to place!!! Convenient location, a lot of space, and places to eat or walk around while you're waiting :-) More

I bought new Pilot 2016 2 days ago onJuly 29th 2016, ever since then, i m sitting at the dealership for hours. Starting from car buying experience, which was ok but after that, everything went wrong. I can write 3 pages on bad experience for each day. All Honda lovers please avoid to go to this dealership. If u make the mistake and still buy the car from them,i beg u not to install any accessories, coz i guarantee that you will ripped off. Even if u ignore this and still install an accessory, please, please, please double check the product, again i guaratee it will be expensive from any other dealer and not what u wanted or asked for. Finally if u do all the above mistakes, please dont get your car serviced over there. Ignoring all the bad things that happened with the car buying process and the contract of financing, i'll share the experience with the readers of July 31st 2016. I purchased running boards from them, which was suppose to be illuminated. It was not only the wrong one but, i was charged $400 over. Still i went to the dealership to request the change and still pay the difference. Here's the response after finding out that i was right, from the Manager. The manager wanted me to $500 for the replacement, because their service department is Union and the delaership cannot do anything bout it. I want to write more, but hopefully the messaqge is clear..........................DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GET FRUSTRATED. Thanks. Aisha/ Rohan. More
