Had an early morning appointment, over two hours later, they hadn't even started. And the person at the desk giggled and said she had skipped us. I'm not sure what was so amusing. I brought my two children with me because this was supposed to be quick, but this was very unprofessional. I should not be waiting three hours for a simple oil change. More

Air bag recall I brought my 2002 Accord in to have the driver’s side airbag replaced under warranty, I dropped the car off at 7am with the expectation that I would p I brought my 2002 Accord in to have the driver’s side airbag replaced under warranty, I dropped the car off at 7am with the expectation that I would pick it up at 5pm. They called me to ask if I could leave the car overnight so they could work on it the next day. No problem, I had access to another car. The following night I arrive at 5pm to pick up the car, they are still working on it. I wait for an hour, then drive it home. 2 days later on a trip to RI, I realize the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel no longer work. I call up service, and Anthony (I believe) is like “Oh no, we didn’t do that. You’ll have to pay to have us to diagnose the problem”. Bye WP Honda, I’ve traded my Accord in for a Ford Fusion. More

Amazing and smooth transaction!! After calling every dealership in NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD & FL I was on my way to Tennessee to purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring with 12 miles on it. The day before I was set to leave on my 650 mile road trip, I received a followup call from White Plains Honda telling me that they had a brand new 2015 Touring in the color I wanted with 11 miles on it.
