Decided to try again; most of the sales-associates seem to be new faces. Warned our sales-associate, Mr. Alberto Rodriguez, that we did not want any last moment "surprises" and were looking for a bottom line figure that would include ALL the expenses including dealer's fee, sales tax, preparation, bank's fee.....Most important is that we didn't want to feel pressured with the typical: "if you buy it now...." and it did not happen. We ended getting the car we wanted in the color we wanted even though they didn't have one on the lot. Our sales-associate, Mr. Alberto Rodriguez, was very professional and the deal was completed as agreed with the car delivered on time. The experience was very positive. I would only recommend that less follow-up calls be given to the customers. More
