I took my car to New Rochelle Honda with a heating problem that they could not identify or fix. I recently bought a 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership and would definitely recommend it to anyone in New York City. I’ve had bought cars from German high end brands before, and I have to say White Plains Honda has beyond excellent and professional customer service. As upon arrival, from valet parking, greeted by receptionist asking if I needed help, offered complementary beverages, sales, insurance, and etc… The whole process was very pleasant and smooth. This may sound like a commercial, but, look no further, would definitely recommend White Plains Honda to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. ??P.S. I bought a new 2014 Honda CRV from White Plains Honda with Keith Alexander as my sales person. I am a busy person and wanted to get a fair deal done quickly but I wasn’t sure that I would be able to do s with Keith Alexander as my sales person. I am a busy person and wanted to get a fair deal done quickly but I wasn’t sure that I would be able to do so because I was trading in my 2012 Honda Fit as well as moving from NJ to NY at the same time. To my pleasant surprise, the whole process took about one hour and I walked out with my new CRV the next day. They honored the Internet Best Price Program and gave me a fair trade-in value for the Honda Fit. There was no need to haggle because I knew I was getting a good deal based on my research. Keith was also able to do all the paperwork with my insurance and new NY plates and registration in an expeditious manner. I would highly recommend White Plains Honda to anyone looking for a car. This could not have been a worse experience. I was referred to this nightmare of a dealership by TrueCar. It started off great, since I don't own a car, they offered to give me a ride. After the test drive they gave me some absolutely ridiculous numbers (probably because I was a woman). They kept give me math that did not add up and refusing to give me the actual cost of the vehicle (instead just talking down payment & monthly). After I reminded them I was with TrueCar, they sent the sales person away while the manager tried to convince me. Then the sales person storms out slamming the door. I left with out purchasing. Then I get a text from the sales person telling me that he was fired because of me. Then I call the manager and he seems not that surprised and tells me the guy was just moved to another dept. It was absolutely ridiculous. The sales people there are unhinged or jsut playing crazy games. And as a single woman, I know fear for my safety because of this psycho sales person. Avoid this place at all costs. You are absolutely being cheated by these guys, whether you know it or not. More

I purchased a 2014 Accord and I am very pleased with the buying experience at WP Honda. I went to five other Honda dealerships and got frustrated by their canned patter and pushes to buy a car " right buying experience at WP Honda. None of them seemed to listen to me when I asked for a simple OTD ( out-the-door) price including my trade-in, and excluding only taxes and DMV charges. Instead most of them quoted a ridiculous value for my trade-in, a low-ball value that they played with by huddling with various "used car directors" and "standard value books". I had a pretty good idea of a value-range for my trade-in before I walked in. I knew the Accord model I was most interested in, as well as a dealer invoice amount ( not including incentives) that would be close to their bottom price. Sasha Kekovic quickly got the picture. He handed me his card and wrote on the back " don't pay more than xx,xxx". This was a welcome change from the other dealers. When I went back to WP Honda, I paid a price lower than "xx,xxx", and a few modest add-ons as well. Sasha's associate, Ivan, handled the details promptly and perfectly. I also appreciated the hand-off from WP Honda to me that included a thorough walk-through of the features of the car. Melanie Peguero did an excellent job. My advice is to do your homework and go to WP Honda and ask for Sasha. More

Very Bad experience. The test driving was good, the salesman was initially very friendly . But later on negotiation of the price, he was very unprofessional. I understand the negotiaition might not work.We have been very polite in all our converstaions and that doesnt mean to give anyone an authority to say bad words. I would not recommend it to anyone. Their prices are the highest in the area. Just shop around and will surely get a better price than White Plains Honda, More
