I would easily recommend them to anyone. I love my new car. Thank you White Plains Honda!!! More
Rude and unprofessional I don't usually leave reviews but after being treated in a rude manner by Bob Mancini, I am writing this so that no one will ever have the same experi I don't usually leave reviews but after being treated in a rude manner by Bob Mancini, I am writing this so that no one will ever have the same experience at White Plains Honda with this salesperson. You've been warned. My mother and I were looking to purchase a used Honda CRV 2011 and when we visited this dealership we were directed to Bob. We wanted an all-cash deal but after looking at some CRVs there, we ended up liking a 2010 CRV EX/L that had a low mileage. With taxes + other fees it ended up being above our budget. Bob suggested that we consider making a big down payment and financing a part of it, and since my mom had no credit (she is new to the country) it would help her establish credit. We were introduced to the finance guy who presented us with some financing options. My mother and I are new drivers so we needed to find the best insurance quote (they were high in general which we expected) and we had already gotten one that we could afford from Liberty Mutual. Since it was late Saturday afternoon we needed to wait until Monday for the person at Liberty Mutual to be available and finalize the insurance and hence finalize all the paperwork needed to purchase the car. Bob said that we needed to make a deposit in the meantime, and the deposit is refundable in case the deal falls through for any reason (financing etc. included). We made a deposit. Ultimately we ended up choosing another CRV, 2011, uncertified, with a higher mileage, that we liked in another Honda dealership and that was within our all-cash budget. Bob called me just as we were about to make the deal and I told him about it. He warned me that he thought the deal was fishy since it was an uncertified 2011 and we had to purchase an additional 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. He said that he didn't care where we bought the car, just that he was concerned that we were making the right choice. He also said that the deposit was ours, no question about that. I thanked him and told him I would consider what he said and consulted my husband and mom about it. We still decided to go forward with the car. I called him and told him that we decided to go ahead and asked how we could get the deposit back. He said that the credit card we used for the deposit needed to be on the dealership premises, and we agreed to meet that same day for me to get my refund. When I went back to the dealership, he gave me a "request check" form with the refund details filled up. And then he called one of the other sales people, Ivan Rados. He introduced me to Ivan then proceeded to tell Ivan about my deal - how I chose an unwarrantied car, had to buy additional warranty, etc. It seemed like he was trying to embarrass me in front of Ivan by telling him I made a bad deal. Ivan and I were seated and as he was about to leave Ivan asked him what else he needed to do with me. He shrugged and said, "Nothing" and then stepped out. Even Ivan was confused by his behavior. I said to Ivan, "well, thanks for that!" and proceeded to leave. To Ivan's credit he seemed apologetic and embarrassed for his colleague's behavior. This whole incident, while only mildly annoying to me since I ended up getting a car that my mom and I are happy with, left a bad taste in my mouth. First of all, I was told by the other dealership I bought my car from that I did not need to drive back to the White Plains dealership to get my refund back. But since Bob said I needed to go back personally I did. It turns out that he just wanted to embarrass me. I had thought that Bob had my family's interest at heart when he warned me against the deal. But it seemed like once he didn't get the deal he became unprofessional and downright rude. Sales people should know that customers want to get the best deal - I'm sure they have lost customers to better deals - and that even if they didn't make the deal, should treat customers with respect. Some deals are not made and of course it's considered a waste of their time as sales people but that's part of the job. I hope the manager of this dealership will teach their sales people to be more courteous to customers who end up not purchasing a vehicle. Sorry to say but not all Honda dealerships and sales people are the same. Choose a better one. More
I was very pleased with everything in purchasing my new Honda CRV a few weeks ago. I was treated very well and my salesman John was very patient with me while I was having trouble deciding which car to buy Honda CRV a few weeks ago. I was treated very well and my salesman John was very patient with me while I was having trouble deciding which car to buy. I loved how Brandy showed me how to work the new controls on the car and I was very impressed with how she knew and loved cars. I would highly recommend White Plains Honda to anyone looking for a car. More
It was such a great experienced being customer there, you It was such a great experienced being customer there, you guys made me so comfortable. Everyone was friendly, ESPECIALLY ATIF, ALI and GUSTAVO , It was such a great experienced being customer there, you guys made me so comfortable. Everyone was friendly, ESPECIALLY ATIF, ALI and GUSTAVO , they wouldn't let me leave without getting a car at a good prize. Before I went there, last summer I went to Mount Kisco Honda and I was very intimidated and the finance manager who was taking care of me was questioning me about the money, And right there I would never go back to this dealer. And 2 weeks ago I went to Tarrytown Honda and the clown who helped me ( wearing a maroon suit), did not even make an effort to sell me a car.The only thing he cared was, how much money I would put down and also did not even give me a brochure about the car that I want. And also I had my friend with me, who asked him question and he questioned her about the car that she drive, that has nothing to do about me who was there to purchased a car? So like I said about White Plains Honda, I would definitely recommend you guys to my friend and family. And I had nephew and friend who was already interested to check you guys out. Thank you very much, Appreciated!!! Thea(03-15-14). More
They advertised a Honda Pilot 2011 EX-XL Certified 33k Miles for $23750. (Stock# U17918L) When I called the actually price is mid 25k after the certification fee, destination charge (on a USED CAR!) and s Miles for $23750. (Stock# U17918L) When I called the actually price is mid 25k after the certification fee, destination charge (on a USED CAR!) and some plate fees I did not need. I knew something was strange when the online salesperson never called me back the day before and I had to make several calls to get a salesperson to talk about this vehicle. I now know why - the are selling cars without disclosing all the extra "FEES" and saying these cars are Honda Certified but NOT disclosing the cost of certification in the advertised price, but using the CERTIFIED LOGO. What a shame to the HONDA name. Honda America - I would clean up or close down this shop. I followed up with another Honda dealer and this practice is absolutely not allowed. I realized these people from white plains honda were setting me up from the beginning, unfortunately I realized to late. From the salesman to the finance guy. But there just puppets in this game, this g setting me up from the beginning, unfortunately I realized to late. From the salesman to the finance guy. But there just puppets in this game, this goes all the way to the top. First of all they rush you through the buying process, take your money before you even go through the finances with them. They stuck me with an extended warranty that I didn't need for a brand new car. The wurst part is they sold me a brand new car with a defective part which they claim they were not aware of. I ended up taking it in for major service to have this part replaced. I'm wondering if that's the reason they stuck me with the extended warranty on the car, so they would pay for the defected part they claim they didn't know about. So for you people out there that are considering buying a car from white plains honda avoid or be prepared.. More

The salesman that I worked with, Atif, was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He truly worked diligently to ensure that my whole experience at WPH went smoothly. With Atif's help, I was able to trade in my car and get into a new accord all within a couple of hours and at a price point that was exactly what I was looking for. What made one of the biggest impacts on me was how readily available Atif was to answer any questions I thought of, even after the sale was over. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend going to see Atif and the entire friendly staff at White Plains Honda. The leasing department and sales coordinate, Brandi, were also very helpful and available to answer any concerns that I had. Due to Atif's easy nature, immense knowledge about Honda vehicles and his ability to create an efficient car buying process, White Plains Honda and Atif have earned a life long customer. More
I returned my leased 2012 Honda civic and entered into another lease for a 2013 Honda civic.
