We found our car on the web and called to make an appointment to see the car on Sat. between 12-1. We were a little late so called to say it would be more around 1:30. The person we had spoken with turned out to be only a receptionist so was not the salesperson - but we were met by Keith and he found us on the computer. It turned out that in the mean time some other sales person was about to show the car to their customers! When this was discovered, Jonathan, the manager stepped in and said that we had driven 80 miles to look at this car - of course we could look first. Felt bad for these folks but lucky for us. It turned out we were unable to stay long enough, or get the insurance on Saturday so we arranged for me to take the train down on Monday to avoid another long drive. Keith met me at the station, the car was all cleaned and ready to go, the financing went without a hitch and I was on the road in an hour - in a very nice car. Thanks Keith, and White Plains Honda!! I found this dealership through auto-trader, the car a bought from them was a Mercedes Benz which is not typically sold at honda dealerships. However my sales person Ms. Vargas was extremely knowledgeable bought from them was a Mercedes Benz which is not typically sold at honda dealerships. She made the car buying process seamlessly easy and without stress from buying an expensive car. I would 100% go here again just for the sales people alone not just the competitive prices. More

My experience buying a certified pre-owned Honda from White Plains Honda was surprisingly good. I did extensive research prior to purchasing our 2008 Honda and visited two other dealers to look at pre White Plains Honda was surprisingly good. I did extensive research prior to purchasing our 2008 Honda and visited two other dealers to look at pre-owned vehicles prior to my experience with White Plains Honda. Most vehicles are difficult to evaluate over the internet. WP Honda's inventory was all relatively new, of high quality and very presentable in general. Though I had a different car in mind when I contacted WP Honda, my sales consultant--Keith Johnson--did a fine job of working to find the right car for my family. My only two complaints are: First, my initial phone call was directed to an internet consultant who had very little knowledge of the facts about the current inventory and the call should have been directed straight to the salesroom.....or at the very least redirected to them. Second complaint is that the $595 "prep fee" charged by WP Honda on all pre-owned vehicles is not very well advertised, making the quoted price appear artificially low. I believe this is common practice by many pre-owned dealers, but White Plains Honda's additional fee was higher than most others. However, their competitive price made up for this issue. In the end, we purchased a quality CPO Honda with low miles and in great condition and ultimately had a very good experience. More
