Even after my temp tags expired, I spent three days calling the DMV department, the manager, and various sales staff—none of whom could give me a straight answer about the status of my registration. I was repeatedly promised that my registration would arrive by specific times, but every single assurance was false. Deadlines came and went with no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they blocked my phone number—an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. If you're not a NY resident, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
